To compliment the RADIANT FLOOR SOLUTIONS range of manifolds we can supply sheet metal cabinets in five different sizes which can be either surface or flush mounted to suit all types of manifolds.
Each cabinet is supplied complete and fitted with a separate hinged door section. The cabinet door section is finished with an enamel lacquer finish which does not require any further decoration. However if required the cabinet door section can be repainted by others to any other designed colour finish.
The backplate is fitted with rails full length to suit the standard manifold brackets. The main flow and return connections can be brought in from either end through the knockouts provided or alternatively in any other position including rear entry by cutting suitable holes in the position required.
The cabinet is fitted with a roll bar at the bottom to facilitate the entry of pipes connecting to the manifold.
The Recessed cabinet has a minimum build in depth of 110mm & build in height of 700mm from the structural slab .The door section has a built in telescopic action to allow for variations in wall thickness and any plaster rendering or plasterboard applied to the wall. The feet of the cabinet are telescopic allowing for any differences in height.
If required the door section can be replaced with any other suitable door made by others to match the Architects wall finishes or other requirements.
The cabinet is usually mounted onto the structural slab and there is sufficient height below the door section to allow for floor construction heights up to 120mm. For floors of a greater depth the cabinet should be raised from the floor by packing or fixing the cabinet to the wall at the required height.

The number of circuits indicated above for each cabinet allows sufficient space for the main flow and return connections but excludes any provision for isolating valves, thermometers pumps etc. When fitting these items the number of circuits will be reduced accordingly.
