Plastic Cliprails: The plastic cliprails are supplied in a range of types to suit the required pipe size. The cliprail can also be loose laid on the sub-floor or insulation but can also be fixed to insulation where required using the special serrated clips. The clips can be secured through the pre-drilled holes in the cliprail.
The cliprails are manufactured from a special laminated plastic and will hold the pipes securely in place.
The cliprail should be laid at approx 2 metre centres and can be cut to any length required with snipes or hacksaw.
Plastic cliprail is supplied in 2 metre lengths strapped in 20 metre bundles.
The RADIANT FLOOR SOLUTIONS cliprail offers an extremely quick and efficient method of retaining pipes in any desired pattern prior to floor screeding or concreting.
Installation is much faster than other methods and allows pipes to be laid more precisely than other systems due to the regular 50mm indentations.
The finished result is both neat and precise with no lifting of the loops and the shape of the system can be fully retained both before and during floor laying.
