Radiant Floor Solutions System Pipe
The heart of a RADIANT FLOOR SOLUTIONS system is always the pipe; tough, flexible, diffusion proof and manufactured to last beyond the life of the building. The pipe is available in two different sizes 17mm for normal use in floor and wall systems and 12mm for retro low profile overlay systems. Both pipes are suitable for both heating and cooling and can be used with all the RADIANT FLOOR SOLUTIONS systems.
Technical Specifications
Material: RADIANT FLOOR SOLUTIONS pipe is manufactured from the highest quality materials and produced under rigorous quality control.
The pipe consists of a PERT-EVOH-PERT specially formulated to be high temperature resistant. The pipe is designed to have long-term durability and is insusceptible to fatigue.
RADIANT FLOOR SOLUTIONS are high-grade pipes with EVOH layer designed for making surface heating and cooling installations (application class 4 according to ISO 10508).
The pipes are made in the five-layer (5L) technology, where all layers are permanently combined in the production process.
The EVOH anti-diffusion layer guarantees tightness against oxygen ingress into the system, protecting its components against corrosion.
The EVOH anti-diffusion layer (ethyl vinyl alcohol) meets the requirements of DIN 4726.
The pipes are made in line with PN EN ISO 21003

Pipes in use
The 17mm dia. pipe is the most popular and is used for both embedded floor and wall systems on heating and cooling installations. The pipe is normally supplied in 200 or 500 meter rolls which means that joints need not occur within the installation. A full range of accessories are available including clipping systems, manifolds etc to provide a complete service for all types of embedded systems.
The 12mm pipe is normally used for low profile retro systems where floor construction height is critical.
The same extensive range of accessories can be used for both 17mm and 12mm pipe which can be freely interchanged.
The RADIANT FLOOR SOLUTIONS pipes cover the complete range of heating and cooling systems and combined with an extensive range of accessories provide a total package for all types of installations.
The pipes are covered by a 50 year underwritten product liability insurance from any defects due to manufacturing faults.
